I work with you to explore your company's needs in this area of your business and to gather any information needed to create a roadmap of the work ahead. 

I spend some time with the information that you provided, as well as my own research based on brand perception, relevant industry news and exploration of the market and cultural landscape, before sending you a roadmap detailing next steps and top-line ideation.

Each service is implemented in different ways, I manage all aspects of our work together, and communicate throughout the process to ensure that we're aligned with the brief set out in the roadmap. 



DEBRIEF AND SUPPORT

There will be accountability metrics (never vague), and a follow up call in an agreed amount of time, along with check-in emails. Plus, guidance on how we can continue our work together in a way that best suits you.

I get it. It can feel impossible knowing what to say or do in today’s climate. World events, social media pressures, and fleeting trends demand instant reactions, leaving companies scrambling.
