THE CD LAB was founded by Giselle La Pompe-Moore FRSA, author of Take It In (Rider, Penguin Random House, 2022), international speaker and cultural strategist with 16 years of cross-industry experience spanning fashion, beauty, wellness, PR, journalism, product development, lifestyle and movement-building. 

She effortlessly connects cultural, historical, socio-political and emotional dots, bringing in a rare mix of cultural and trend analysis with human insight and empathy. Her work is grounded in real stories and lived experience of working with nearly a thousand people worldwide in one-to-one sessions and group workshops on emotional and mental wellbeing. 

Her approach infuses critical thinking (she even took an early A Level in it while still in secondary school) with care, connection, and an insatiable curiosity for what it means to be human. Always asking "why" and challenging socio-cultural norms. 

Named "the woman redefining spirituality for the millennial crowd" by Vogue, and featured in BBC, ELLE, Channel 4, Grazia and more, Giselle is known for inspiring alternative perspectives and delivering emotionally resonant insights that prompt change and create tangible outcomes.
